I Research -> Design -> Develop -> Evaluate prototypes with applied InfoViz & Human-Computer Interaction principles for ML/AI powered products, with an eye on R-AI and X-AI.

I cross-collaborate with Leadership, Applied Researchers, Designers, Product Leaders, Engineers, SMEs, and Customers.

I am currently with PointClickCare as a Sr. UX Engineer in the Advanced Technology Team where we develop new technologies for our web-based products to improve healthcare outcomes.

I have a PhD in Interactive Arts & Technology (Human-Computer Interaction) from SIAT@SFU with several publications.
